While thinking about her father's pizza-box business, an idea for a plant-based pepperoni started to form… around the world 251,770,00 pounds of pepperoni is consumed each year and 36% of all pizzas ordered are pepperoni.

Today Jack & Bry’s in-house product development team create Jackfruit Pizza ingredients that are visually, deliciously and nutritionally better than conventional meat, with Jackfruit’s superior performance in high heat pizza ovens. We now develop, produce and supply Jackfruit Pepperoni to the UK’s leading pizza restaurant & delivery businesses in over 850 sites, as well as pizza manufacturers in Europe.
Not stopping there, our team develop authentic Jackfruit Ham, Beef, Sausage and Chorizo for the pizza world, Jackfruit Burgers, Sausages and Beef Mince to retail and Fish Burger patties to Lewis Hamilton backed plant-based QSR chain Neat Burger.
