Lay 8-10 slices of Pepperoni onto a pizza base with sauce and your favourite vegan cheese. For best results spray or dab a little vegetable oil on each slice. Cook at 200 degrees for 5 minutes until Pepperoni is slightly crispy and oily, the cheese has melted and the crust is golden.
