1) Heat olive oil in a large saucepan.
2) Sauté the garlic and onion for a few minutes, on a medium heat, until softened.
3) Add the cumin, chilli powder, salt and pepper and stir.
4) Add the Jack & Bry jackfruit mince and cook for 10-15 minutes.
5) Pour in the tomato sauce.
6) Add in the sweetcorn and any extra flavourings, if using.
7) Simmer for 25 minutes.
8) Serve with some steamed jasmine rice and soya yoghurt.
