INGREDIENTS
Baguette rolls
Sriracha mayo (or mix equal amounts of vegan mayonnaise with sriracha sauce)
Jack & Bry jackfruit sausages
Finely sliced cucumbers, carrots and spring onions
Sesame seeds and chopped coriander for garnishing
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Lightly grill the baguettes so they warm up
2) Oven cook or pan fry Jack & Bry jackfruit sausages
3) Slice the baguettes in half but not completely through
4) Spread the sriracha mayonnaise on both sides (be generous)
5) Once the sausages are cooked, place inside the baguette
6) Top with the salad: sliced cucumber, carrots and spring onions
7) Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds.
