Mushroom
Peppers
Garlic
Courgette
Kale
Jack & Bry jackfruit mince
Chopped tomatoes
Veg stock
Paprika
Oregano
Balsamic
Basil
Pasta
Vegan garlic bread for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Fry off onions peppers and garlic then when translucent add in mushrooms, courgette and mince.
2) Add in spices and coat the veg well then cover in chopped tomatoes and veg stock.
3) Let that simmer for 15 minutes then serve up with cooked pasta and garlic bread.
